Civil Works

Erection of Steel Structures (403 ton).
Fire proofing of structural steel by Concrete casting thickness 50 mm surrounding Steel Structures elements, amount 260m³.
Chemical/Oily water drains and storm drains,by Making new clean out for oily water sewage concrete casting new manholes.
Make new concrete Trench Covers, different widths (60 cm-170 cm), and length 239 m.
Completion of control house, including substation and Supply and installation of local split units on control house & SG room.
Roads and unit Concrete casting, amount 1061 m³.

Mechanical Works

Complete piping (length 15719 m, weight 427 ton) including erection valves, hangers up to 36” dia. Of CS, SS, heavy wall and alloy steel.
Erection & completion of all equipment (compressor, heat exchangers, boiler, air cooler & its steel structures ,Column C-101, Column C-102 and process furnaces
All painting and insulation works.

Electrical and Instrumentation works

Fire alarm systems & Gas detection system.
Control, 7 cabinet Instrument Room, 4cabinet UPC ,4 cabinet ,2 cabinet Batteries,1 cabinet Telephone ,1 cabinet Intercomand DCS control system (computers).
Switch Gear Hall containing 11 KV SwitchGear 17 cabinet, 4 cabinet ASP, 4 cabinetDCS, 17 cabinet PC, 9 cabinet MCC
Power cabling over 3 km (11 KV) Power cables.
Two auxiliary transformers 6.6/0.4 KV(1.25 MVA) each.
CATHODIC PROTECTION, 3 systems.
Earthing & Lighting for project.
Two transformers 33/6,6 KV (6 MVA)each.
Erection of instrument Cable total length 31,488 m & 585 Instruments total quantity & 1720 Termination ends.

Testing & Commissioning

Completion of pressure parts and preparation for pressure test ROSCO done pressure test pipe line quantity 430 lines.
Complete Pre-commissioning responsibility.
Commissioning support as directed by Axens IFP Group Technologies’ (France) and client (NRC).
